Wanted posters against absconding professors in Gujarat University Controversy over wrong appointment of female professor
A police complaint was filed by Gujarat University at the University Police Station.

Pradeep Prajapati, who was serving as a professor in Gujarati, misused his power and wrongly appointed Assistant Professor Ranjan Gohil. Under which a police complaint was filed by Gujarat University at the University Police Station. After the police complaint, Pradeep Prajapati has absconded and wanted posters have been put up against Pradeep Prajapati in Gujarat University.

Appropriate compensation will be given to the person who takes care of Pradeep Prajapati.
Posters have been put up at different places inside the campus by an unknown person in the Gujarat University campus of Ahmedabad. The poster reads, “The person who gives the child of the above person will be treated appropriately. Please cooperate with the police. You are on the number to call, polite and aware citizen.”

What is the whole controversy?
Pradeep Prajapati, in the Social Work Department of Gujarat University, had misused his power and in the past, had recruited Professor Ranjan Gohil from temporary status to permanent without interview. In which case, an investigation committee was formed by Gujarat University and a report was prepared. Based on this report, a police complaint was filed against Pradeep Prajapati and Ranjan Gohil for making wrong recruitment.
