Two brothers lost their lives in a clash between two groups over a land dispute in Samadhiyala, Surendranagar.

A clash between two groups turned bloody at night in Samadhiyala village of Surendranagar district. Two brothers lost their lives in this clash. The atmosphere became more tense after the killing of two people. Two brothers were among the deceased. Some of them were seriously injured in the accident and were shifted to the hospital for treatment. After getting information about the incident, a local police convoy reached the spot. Two brothers who were seriously injured in the fight were shifted to the hospital for treatment. Where both of them died, the case has turned into a murder. Tight security has been put in place in the village to prevent any untoward incident. On the other hand, a huge crowd of people was also gathering at the hospital. The police have conducted further investigation into the entire matter.

Land took lives

In Samadhiyala village of Chuda taluka of Surendranagar district, there was a fight between two groups of different castes over the issue of land cultivation. Then the matter became more complicated and both the groups attacked each other with sharp weapons like swords and axes. In which many were injured and shifted to the hospital for treatment. In which 2 middle-aged brothers died during treatment due to serious injuries. As the matter became tense, a convoy including DYSP Local Crime Branch reached the spot.

The incident drew the attention of the entire Gujarat

The Gujarat Congress had raised the demand for atrocities on Dalits. Gujarat Congress Chairman Hitendra Peethadia had called Gujarat the capital of Dalit atrocities

Regarding the entire matter, Gujarat Congress Chairman Hitendra Peethadia tweeted, ‘Gujarat is going to become the capital of Dalit atrocities. In Samadhiyala village of Chuda taluka of Surendranagar district, Dalits were fatally attacked with weapons by anti-social elements while they were going to work on their legal land. In which 6 people, including women, were seriously injured. Further, Hitendra Peethadia has tagged the state Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel and demanded that first of all, local Dalits be provided security. Arrangements should be made so that the victim families get proper treatment. Since all the accused are currently absconding, they should be arrested with immediate effect and strictest action should be taken against them. At the same time, attacking the BJP, Hitendra Peethadia said, “Dalits in Gujarat cannot even cultivate their legal land and you are blowing the trumpets of Ram Rajya?”
