The heat wave is raging in states across the country, and in Rajasthan, especially along the India-Pakistan border, the temperature is reaching new highs. The temperature in this area has crossed 55 degrees, which indicates unbearable heat. However, even in this scorching heat, the “spirits” of the Indian Army personnel deployed on the border are high and they are performing their duty with unwavering determination.

On this 464-km-long border, men and women of the Border Security Force (BSF) are braving the scorching sun and hot winds to protect the country. The courage and bravery of these soldiers is truly commendable, as they are performing their duty in such difficult conditions, which are unimaginable for a common man.
According to the Meteorological Department, extremely hot and dry winds are blowing in these border areas of Rajasthan. These winds mainly come from hot regions like Sindh, Balochistan and the Thar Desert, where the temperature usually remains above 50 degrees. Due to this, the temperature in the border areas of Rajasthan is rising further due to these winds.
For the last one week, the temperature readings on the India-Pakistan border in Rajasthan have reached 55 to 56 degrees. In such extraordinary heat, sometimes even the temperature measuring devices stop working and their display screens turn black. According to meteorologists, such a scorching heat has never been experienced in the last 100 years.
The heat is also not less in the BSF camps. The temperature inside the camps remains around 53 to 54 degrees, which creates extreme conditions for the jawans. However, these jawans continue to perform their duties fearlessly, and show their utmost faith and patriotism.
Even in these terrible conditions, the honorable service and dedication of the jawans makes the country safe and peaceful, which gives credit to the unwavering courage and passion of these true heroes.
